Rev. Eric Cherry began service as the minister of the First Universalist Society in Franklin during August 2018.
He is humbled and excited by FUSF’s welcoming embrace of all people who seek integrity, purpose, and joy in life. He brings a spiritually alive appreciation for our broad-based faith tradition to the day-to-day ministry of the congregation.
From 1994-2007, Rev. Eric served UU congregations in Burlington, Iowa, and North Easton, Massachusetts. And, from 2007-2018, Rev. Eric served as the International Office Director for the Unitarian Universalist Association.
Eric loves biking, cooking, reading, gardening, old VWs, and wondering. He and his wife, Linda, make their home on a pond in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
