We sit down for a conversation with Random Smile Project’s Co-founder and President Paul Molla. Paul and Random Smile were the recent recipients of Fox 25’s “Hometown Hero” award. Paul talks about the history of this organization, the ways it provides assistance, and how it engages our youth to become leaders for the future.
“Random Smile Project provides a bridge of support to people going through difficult times. Families in need are provided with clothing, groceries, books, and toys through a network of local support. Accessibility options for those in need are supplied through our construction and renovation projects like wheelchair ramps, handicap bathroom conversions and home repair. Through these efforts Random Smile Project promotes the spirit of giving and receiving that reflects the greater good of what a community really is.”
Find out all the ways you can “BUILD SMILES” by getting involved and make a difference in the community!

A conversation with Ally Fisher ;
It is said that our youth represent the hope for our future. Ally Fisher is the embodiment of that hope.
A 2014 graduate of Foxboro High School, Ally has already developed a unique world view gleaned from extensive travel and immersion in diverse cultural settings. Ally is a senior at James Madison University and an International Research Associate with NewGen Peacebuilders, a non profit dedicated to engaging our youth in the world peace process.
About NewGen Paecebuilders:
NewGen PeacebuildersSM is a global youth peace education program that emphasizes the role, value and impact of young people (ages 14-24) in achieving a peaceful world.
Through the NewGen PeacebuildersSM program high school and university students learn about and engage in tangible efforts to create peace.
Mahatma Gandhi famously said, “To teach real peace in the world… we will have to begin with the children.” Today, there are an estimated 3 billion people in the world under the age of 25. Yet peace, the most cross-cutting of all global topics, is essentially absent from formal and informal education frameworks. Nonprofit and for-profit leaders often point to the potential of youth and young adults as tomorrow’s global citizen leaders. But young people are rarely invited to participate in local, national and international peace projects.
