    Woody Geissmann – Right Turn & The Del Fuegos

    Woody Giessmann is one of the founding members of  Boston’s own Del Fuegos. The Del Fuegos enjoyed enormous success in the ‘80s and ‘90s and touring extensively throughout  the US and Europe. The band played over 100 dates with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, ZZ Topp, INXS, James Brown and Bruce Springsteen.

    Woody went on from life as a rock and roll musician to found Right Turn Inc. a leader in the area of Substance Abuse treatment.  He is Chairman of Right Turn  and was appointed to The Board Of Registry In Medicine by Governor Charlie Baker in February of 2016. Having spent many years of his professional life in music and the visual arts, Woody believes that the creative mission of Right Turn is of paramount importance.

    Chip McGinn served our country for over 21 years as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Chip’s responsibilities with the Bureau were vast and included playing a critical role in counter terrorism operations. Chip received special awards for his role as a first responder to the attack’s on 9/11 at the World Trade Center and, most recently, the Boston Marathon bombing. Chip recounts stories from his career, reflects on the importance of public service and shares his unique perspective on the responsibility of protecting our nation in an ever changing world.

Sue shares her personal story with the goal of spreading awareness about this illness.  She refuses to allow her ilness to define her; instead she has made the conscious decision to live her life on her terms. A life filled with love, laughter and joy.
